Reviewer: M. Mccauley,
I bought this for my son's birthday. He opened it and it looked fine. I put the cover on the controller and the seam ripped (about 3 inches) between the light green and dark green. Amazon will not provide a refund because it was supplied through Eforcity. I have sent Eforcity an email to find out about the refund policy and I am awaiting a reply.
***** UPDATE ***** They sent me a reply email telling me they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived a few days later. I did not have to return the broken product. The replacement is great. 5 STARS for product and good customer service. AMAZON - How do I change the star rating?
Great case!

Reviewer: ice breakers,
The Wii remote and nunchuk grips do not "snap on," rather they slide on like a silicone skin (which the product title also mentions). The material is flexible and molded perfectly to fit the wii remote and nunchuk. I especially like the little bumps along the skin, which are subtle enough so that you don't notice them, but they also enhance the grip.
Looks good, doesn't play good.

When I first opened up the package, it looked kinda cheap and flimsy and I was a little bit disappointed at first sight. Then I put it on my Wiimote and It looked pretty good on it, so the next day i tried to play a game with my new Wiimote cover on. Horrible. The plastic around the 1 and 2 buttons goes up as high as the buttons which makes it really hard to press down, same thing with the A, Home, - and + and also power buttons, the only button that is truly accessible and easy to press is the D-Pad. The Nunchuk cover works great. Looks good over all but i would not recommend it to anyone that would like to play a game with relative ease.
will not buy again

do not buy these! they do not fit the WII remote good. stick with the type of case that come with the wii remote that comes with the console. colorful and useless!
Cheaper alternative to buying new "colored" remotes!

I also ordered 3 pairs in different colors, to customize and tell the difference between individual remotes. I had no problems putting them on and they feel great on with the remote in hand. I can easily see why a person in too big of a hurry could rip these or an impatient child, but if you take your time and slowly slip the skin on, it will work just fine. I ordered the two-tone black/grey, blue, and pink. These are not plastic, snap cases or protective sleeves as come with the Wii-motes- they are simply a sleeve to protect from nicks and scrapes from dropping and to give you a better grip without the bulkiness associated with the wii-mote sleeves. I have no complaints and love the contrast of the two tone colors. My kids got jealous because I bought myself a pink remote, and seeing that there is also black and blue available now made them mad. Instead of shelling all the money out on new colored remotes, I suggested buying colored sleeves online for them. They are happy and so am I!
Not too bad for the price!

We bought three of these last week for Christmas...two to use and one as a backup. I was nervous about the ripping that the other reviewers had talked about. We applied them without ripping and they seem pretty sturdy. I don't know whether this is because we were more careful since we were fearful of ripping?? We also got the two-tone ones and they might be less likely to rip too. They look really neat!!
Horrible product

The skins torn just trying to put them on. Not worth the cheap price at all. I didn't even want to give it one star, but they made me...

Thinner material then the ones that come with the controls when purchased, but that makes them easier to get on and off. Great value. Too bad it costs more to ship it, then to purchase it.
Not worth buying!

Very cheap product. Mine ripped the same day I got it. They tear at the seams very easy.

The skin went on fine and worked great til the kids had to change the batteries. It tore trying to get it back on. I ordered 3 of these in different colors and it broke on the first 2. The price was great, I think they should have lasted longer.
