I was disappointed with the coltroller stand. You really get no 'airplane' style action from it. It does work in keeping your controllers separate while in battle. I don't think it was worth the 23$.
clever idea, but cheap construction

Nice idea, but broken screw and less than strong suction makes this a waste of money. Somebody needs to make this accessory out of a better material than the wii white plastic (hint hint).
Great idea but not durable

First of all, the suction cup on the base works very well on my glass coffee table. The concept is great I was very pleased the first three hours I used this. Then the numchuck holder broke off. After epoxying it back together 4 times I am fed up. IF it was built a little sturdier I would have given it five stars.

What's the point? The suction cups never worked. It won't suction to any surface! The kids are really disappointed!

The suction cup does not work. I've tried it on a smooth solid surface top with no success. I will try to permanently attach it to a piece of solid surface with something like liquid nails and see if that works better.
it broke

I bought this for my husband who loves flying games. He loved it for the first two days until one of the arms broke beyond repair. Too bad, it would have been great if it wasn't so badly made.
Don't bother

I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad. He is big into flying and I thought this would go great with a couple of games I purchased. He tried to use it and it won't stick to anything. I think it would be pretty awesome if it actually worked. The games are easy enough to play without the stand. Save your money.
It is a worthless piece

First, the sucker cup won't attach to any surface no matter how even and clean they are. Second, the motions this stand allows won't give enough spans or turn degrees or flexibiliy to play those minimum available Wii flight related games. So it is useless to us. Because it costs only a few bucks and it doesn't even worth the effort to return so we just put it in the trash. Do waste money for it.

Plastic Junk!

Very disappointed in this product. First off, you have to have something to stick it to. No, the suction cup will not attach to your lap. I thought when I purchased it, I could arrange "something" to attach it to. Fine if you have a glass top table smack in front of your TV. Most of all, it's cheap plastic junk. Once my son rearranged his room and was able to finally stick it down, one of the controllers broke off. The ball and socket joints look hefty enough, but they failed to put any strength behind attaching the controllers to them.
Don't waste your money on this one. |
